Upcoming Events: 

   • May 1, 2008: Date for Membership renewals to be received. Renewal Form

   • August 24, 2008: Picnic, general meeting and Canine Good Citizen (CGC) test at the Heron picnic area in Lake Chabot Regional park. Information Flyer.

   • September 21, 2008: Prepare for the October Draft test with the Draft Workshop at Chabot Park in San Leandro. The workshop and test is open to all breeds. Pre-registration required by September 8, 2008. Registration Flyer. E-mail Jim LaFrom or Annette deBoer for additional information.

   • October 17, 2008: BMDCA Draft test sponsored by Sierra West BMDC at Shadow Cliffs Park in Pleasanton, CA.

   • October 18, 2008: Sierra West Independent Regional Specialty in Pleasanton, CA.

   • October 19-20, 2008: Supported entry at Del Valle Dog Club show in Pleasanton, CA.

   • December 7, 2008: Christmas Party and General Meeting

Current Year 

   •  January 26 & 27, 2008: Supported Entry for both days of the Golden Gate Kennel Club benched show held at the San Francisco Cow Palace

   •  February 16, 2008: Board Meeting at Jim's Country Restaurant, Pleasanton. Club members welcome.

   •  March 15, 2008: Murphys Irish Days parade.

   • March 30, 2008: Annual Meeting and Awards Presentation with breakfast at the Barn in Livermore. Directions to The Barn.

   •July 12, 2008:  Craft Day with food and beverage in Carmel Valley after the Bernese judging in the Del Monte KC show. Project will be ring favors for the October Regional Specialty. No experience required, dogs are welcome.

   •  January 27, 28, 2007: Supported Entry on both days for the Golden Gate Kennel Club show at the San Francisco Cow Palace

   •  March 4, 2007: Grooming Seminar in Redwood City by Fran Krauss. Participation is limited, don't delay signing up to attend.

   •  March 17, 2007: Irish Day Parade in Murphys, CA.

   •  April 1, 2007: Annual Meeting at the Barn in Livermore

   • July 4, 2007 (Wednesday): 4th of July Parade  with our decorated carts and dogs in Truckee, Ca.

   • August 5, 2007: Annual Picnic and meeting at Roberts Park in Oakland.

   • September 22, 2007: Draft workshop at Chabot Park in San Leandro. Introduction for beginners and preparation for October draft test.

   • October 19, 2007: Draft test in Pleasanton, CA at Shadow Cliffs Park with Draft Judges Val Horney and Karyn Beyer.

   • November 3, 2007: Working Day for Working Dogs. AHBA Herding Instinct Test and JHD. Workshops for Draft, Rally Obedience and Conformation Handling all at Oxford Ranch, Lodi, CA.

   • December 2, 2007: Christmas Party and General Meeting at The Barn in Livermore.
